Overview
ConstructFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for general contractors to manage projects, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, and progress billing in one place. Subcontractors get their own portal to submit bids, upload documents, and track payments.
It is built for mid-sized general contractors and construction managers who have outgrown spreadsheets and email threads but don't want the complexity or cost of enterprise construction software. Every project, every sub, every change order, and every payment lives in one system.
ConstructFlow replaces the mess of disconnected tools, shared drives, and email chains that slow construction projects down and cause disputes.
